Mordy Golding is an Adobe Community Expert and was the product mangaer for two Adobe Illustrator releases. This puts him in a unique position to provide quality instruction for the product.

He outlines the three fold purpose of the book in the introduction: teach NEW users how to take advantage of the technologgy, to help experienced users learn about features that have changed and to give power useres the understanding they need to push themselves and produce reliable files.

This is an amazing step by step tour through the functions of the entire program that will benefit anyone who needs to produce more dynamic graphics. So far I have used the glossery to locate a couple specific effects to add to current projects.. The instruction was easy to follow which as a newbie to the program I really appreciated. Can't wait to have more time to work through other aspects of the program and see all that it can do.
