I have been using Knoll Light Factory for Photoshop for a couple of years now and love it. It is a high powered collection of lens flares that you would spend ages creating on your own. Highly customizable and simple to use would be my nutshell review. Magic Bullet Photolooks is awesome too and can help you really add some tremendously cinematic flavors to your photography or artwork.
